Please select from the available dates. Full weeks run from Saturday to Saturday, short breaks are available only to book from the begining of October to the end of February (excluding school holidays), 3 nights from Friday to Monday or 4 nights from Monday to Friday.
Booking Information
Unless otherwise stated please note the following re changeover days …
WEEKLY Bookings – All bookings for 7 days or more must start and end on a Saturday.
SHORT BREAKS – Where we have availability we are happy to offer short breaks from the beginning of October until the end of February excluding any school holiday weeks.
Short breaks can either be taken for 3 nights commencing on a Friday or 4 nights commencing on a Monday. Either option is charged at £500 for 1 bedroom occupancy or £550 for 2 bedroom occupancy.
We do not accept bookings from anyone under 21 years of age, nor bookings from single sex groups for the purposes of hen/stag parties, birthday parties or similar.
Dogs
We accept one small mature dog at Little House – no puppies – for which there is an additional charge of £35 per week to cover deep cleaning. The cottage is not suitable for a large dog.
Payment
On receipt of your booking enquiry we will process the information you have provided and check the dates you have requested. If we are able to accept the proposed booking we will email you a booking form, the full booking terms and conditions and a request for a 20% deposit. No bookings are confirmed until the booking form and deposit have been received.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday will require full payment at the time of booking.
Please note, we do not currently accept debit/credit cards – all payments will need to be made via BACS.
